WHENFri., June 29 - Sat., July 7, 2018
              - Students should arrive at North Central High School for check-in no later than 3:30 PM on Fri., June 29.
              - Buses will depart from North Central High School at 4 PM on Fri., June 29.
              - The group will stay overnight in a hotel near base camp to acclimate to altitude on Sat., June 30. 
              - The group will arrive at camp on Sun., July 1 between 8-9 AM Mountain / 10-11 AM EST and be hiking on the trail for 6 days & 5 nights.
              - The group will be on the trail with their leaders and guides Mon., July 2 - Thurs., July 5.
              - Buses will depart from camp for home at approx. 8:30 PM Mountain / 10:30 PM EST on Fri., July 6.

              - Buses will arrive back home at North Central High School at approx. 11 PM on Sat., July 7.

WHO:  Due to the rugged and physically demanding nature of this experience, this trip is open to able-bodied students who are currently in grades 11-12
            in Fishers, IN. 
 
COST$975 total cost
             A non-refundable, non-transferable $300 deposit will secure a camper's spot.  
             This deposit is due 2 weeks after you sign up.  After 2 weeks, you may lose your spot to another camper if you don't pay your deposit.
 
HOW:  We will travel to and from camp via coach buses with other YL chapters (Carmel, Westfield, etc.). 
            The trip to Wilderness takes approx. 24 hours and includes an overnight hotel stop that is included in the cost of the trip.
            Students should bring money for approx. 6 meal stops over the course of the trip.

REQUIRED HEALTH FORM:  A doctor's signature is required for the state of Colorado.  Please complete this by May 1, 2018.

First, you will create an account.  If you have already created an account, you can make a copy of previous health forms and save time!  You can
save and continue filling out the form in multiple sessions (if needed). 

You will need the following information to complete the form:
  • The Young Life area number:  IN85
  • Camp name:  Wilderness Ranch
  • Guest type:  Camper
  • Camp dates:  July 1 - 6 
  • Health insurance information (insurance company name, policy number, mailing address, and phone)
  • Health history, including immunization record (approximate dates are accepted, official records are not required)
You will need to print off a page for your doctor to sign.  This page will then be uploaded to complete your online health form.

A camp info meeting for parents will be held Tuesday, May 22nd from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at the Devoe home (12128 Rangeview Ct., Fishers, IN 46037).
